The bike works well. Motor is good, battery is decent, and it looks nice. I deducted one star because the charging time is on the longer side (8-10 hours). But once charged, it runs fine.

Have been using for over a month now. The product is durable and well-built. No loose parts, no rattling sounds. Motor is powerful enough for small inclines too. Kids are having the time of their life.
